City seeks input on update to Parks and Recreation Master Plan

Jan. 12, 2021 - It’s time to shape the future of active fun in Kingston. The City of Kingston is seeking your input as part of the process to update its Parks and Recreation Master Plan – the Plan which guides how programs and services are offered and directs investment in recreational facilities.
