Construction is progressing at the Culligan Water Park!

There's a lot happening at the Culligan Water Park! Since construction for the new enclosure began on October 7, 2025, crews have made steady progress on demolition and site preparation. They've completed general excavation along the perimeter walls and removed masonry cladding, stainless steel railings, pool copings, light standards, and the canopy roof structure. The top of the perimeter retaining wall has been demolished. Safety fencing is now in place around foundation excavation areas.

Current work is focused on demolition and preparation for the next phase of construction. This includes ongoing demolition of sunshade posts and light standard bases. Concrete at the splash pad is also being broken up to allow for excavation of new foundations. Over the next two weeks, crews will continue removing sunshade foundations, along with removing pool deck slabs and the pool basin surface finish to prepare for resurfacing and pool deck tiling.
