October 2026 Project Update

Construction of the Culligan Water Park Enclosure is continuing to progress, with the micro pile work complete, the work is now focused on the structural elements of the new enclosure. Structural steel installation is underway, marking an important stage in the construction of the building and providing the structure for the enclosure that will eventually house the water park.

Over the coming weeks, crews will continue installing structural steel while preparing for the eventual enclosure of the building, including the installation of masonry walls. This work includes laying out wall openings and establishing the elevations for the top of the block to ensure the various elements of the building come together as designed.

As this work continues, the enclosure will increasingly begin to take shape and the overall scale of the new facility will become more visible from the surrounding area. Residents can expect to see continued construction activity on site, including equipment such as cranes, steel work and material laydown near the dog park.

The work underway is an important step toward creating the enclosed water park facility, and the City will continue to share updates as construction reaches key milestones.
