New trees planted at the Jumpstart Inclusive Playground

Tree planting at the Jumpstart Inclusive Playground is now complete!

A total of eight trees were planted: five inside the playground adjacent to the bench seating areas; three in the area east of the playground and sidewalk on Daly Street.

The tree species planted are: three "Autumn Blaze" Maples, two "Shademaster" Honey Locusts, two "Kentucky Coffees" and one Hackberry.

We are excited to watch these trees grow and provide shade for park users for generations to come!
