Retired neighbor always a help

The retired gentleman across the street from my house always plows his, mine and my other neighbors driveways. Some of us are older(elderly), some younger. I have an infant and can't do it ... He helps us all. We've never had to ask either and he always refuses payment. His name is John and he's a great snow Angel.
