It starts on Reed’s Bay Road the most generous man, Tim retired from the WI Ferry & continues his journey as the chief of the Wolfe Island fire department this man never stops without even asking, my three boys run to the windows to watch him as he freezes and the snow blowing back in his face drive way after drive way. He waves with a huge smile on his face.
As a retirement gift he bought himself a Kabota with a plow where he shares the love of this gift every times it snows!

    Our amazing snow angel

by TabithaS, about 3 years ago
Our amazing snow angel is amazing. Without a doubt if there is any snow at all I can guarantee that my snow angel will be around no matter what time is it. I notice that he also is a snow angel for 4 or 5 other people. He shovels and de-ices all the walkways(front and back) that he shoves so that everyone is safe ( many of the houses have disabled or people that have a disability). He does an amazing job and I am so proud of him. He works, goes to school and shovel everyone's walkways, in my... Continue reading

My 8 yr old snow angel❄️❄️

by Martha wilson , about 3 years ago

I own my own business and I often work late, especially now that we are short staffed and very busy during Covid with no end in sight!

So far after every snowfall, my 8 yr old neighbour Micah shows up like a snow angel and clears my snow. You would think my driveway would look like an 8 yr old shovelled it, but it doesn’t!!! He puts his whole heart into it and does a masterful job!! Tonight I arrived home and there he is shovelling away and he had even corralled his 3 yr old sister Annika to help!

    Compassionate Snow Angel

by Botterell, about 3 years ago

The morning after the big dump of snow....the snow angel who lives beside us was out shovelling her double wide driveway. She noticed that Nancy (an elderly widowed senior) living across the street was struggling to get her car out of her double wide snow packed driveway. Without hesitation our snow angel crossed the street, shovel in hand, and cleared Nancy's driveway. Our neighbourhood snow Angel never asked Nancy for thanks and I am sure if Nancy hadn't been outside to witness this act of kindness, would not have known who had done it. This was just one act of... So grateful

by Jmp, about 3 years ago
We are so incredibly grateful for our neighbor, Roy. He not only cleans out our driveway throughout the winter but also 3 or 4 other neighbors driveways as well. We are so appreciative as we have a large driveway and also get a lot of snow from the highway plows. We are so lucky to have such a kind and thoughtful neighbor.

    Wonderful Snow Angel

I would like to nominate my neighbor Erol. Erol is such a wonderful person. My husband had quadruple bypass surgery in December and every snowfall, Erol is here shoveling our driveway no matter the amount of snow. This man has a heart of gold and would help anyone anytime! No job to big or small.

Neighbor's like Erol and Jan are far and few between.

We are truly blessed to have neighbor's as Erol and Jan!

    Love my neighbor

by Truelove, about 3 years ago
My neighbor is a very kind and helpful person. I cant count how many times they have helped me.

The winter can be tasking sometimes with my schedule and workload. I can always count on Terry to bring over the snowblower when we get a big dump and help clear away all that heavy snow for me.

I am very blessed to have such wonderful neighbors as Terry and Sharon!

    snow angel on my street

by Jean Young, about 3 years ago
Every time it snows, our neighbour Dan gets his machine out and not only does my driveway he goes along and does about 4 other places. I have seen him stay out for hours, covered in snow with a big smile on his face and will not take any money from any of us. He does this out of the kindness of his heart and knowing I have health issues does my place right after his. I have seen him come back out after the the snow plows come and cover our driveways again. This man deserves to win....

    Submitted By: ATonelli

We would like to nominate both of the wonderful Bob and Colleen. The minute the snow falls, Bob get his snowblower and Colleen grabs a shovel. They not only do their driveway, they do a minimum of 4 more driveways. Every. Single. Snowfall. It’s amazing, they are wonderful and we are so very thankful they live across the street.

    Local Snow Angel

Brian clears several driveways. Many in this area are seniors and find clearing snow very difficult. He goes out in all kinds of weather to make sure they don't have to.
