St. Lawrence Business Park Paving

Paving work is planned for the summer of 2025 on the roads located inside the St. Lawrence Business Park.

Planned improvements

• The top lift or top layer will be paved with fresh asphalt on Innovation Drive, John Marks Avenue, and Discovery Avenue.
• Where required, removal and reinstatement of the base asphalt will occur.

Construction Impacts

• Access: During paving, there will be some reduced access. However, a route will be maintained to allow vehicles to enter and exit the business park without having to back up. Some driveway access may be temporarily blocked during portions of the paving. Business owners will be notified by the contractor when this occurs.
• Parking: On-street parking will be impacted in areas where active paving is underway.
