The City of Kingston is reimagining the community-facing website, CityofKingston.ca and needs the input of website users to build a site that is simplified, inclusive and focused.   • Sign up for user testing

    Thank you for your interest in user testing during. By signing up to participate, you will help us determine how best to organize the information on our new website and test other types of digital platforms created by the City of Kingston. You will require an internet connected device to participate and the activity will take 10 to 15 minutes to complete. If you require an accommodation or an internet connected device to participate, please let us know on the application form.

    We are redesigning CityofKingston.ca and need your honest feedback about what you like and dislike about the current site. We recommend browsing a few pages on CityofKingston.ca before completing this survey so your feedback is based on recent and relevant interactions on the site.

    This survey will take approximately 5 minutes to complete and your feedback will be provided to the project team and considered when making decisions about content, navigation, and appearance of the new website.
