City staff will respond to the ideas you submit on this
page. When you submit your idea, it is sent to the City’s Customer Response
Management (CRM) system – which is separate from this Get Involved site. The CRM
produces a “work ticket” that is then sent to the relevant staff member. The
CRM allows the City to track citizen input and staff response. If your email
address is already in this City system, you may receive a response from staff
using your real name vs. your Get Involved username.
All information received will be compiled
and considered by staff for use under the purposes of this site. Information
will be collected and used in accordance with the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act and other relevant privacy
legislation. All comments made on this site are available to the public
and may form part of public records.
