The City of Kingston is undertaking an evaluation of all public engagement efforts and wants to hear from you. Tell us how you engage in matters that most affect your quality-of-life and your city.

The aim of the evaluation is to determine any gaps, challenges and opportunities that exist with public engagement in the City in order to facilitate more informed and inclusive municipal decision-making. Areas being evaluated include the Public Engagement Framework, Get Involved Kingston and residential experience with public engagement.

Over the course of the coming weeks, the City will review existing public engagement policies, practices, and initiatives and make adaptions based on input received.

    The aim of this survey is to evaluate the effectiveness of the City’s public engagement efforts.

    This evaluation is part of the implementation plan for the City’s public engagement program. Residents, council members and City employees are all being invited to offer input.

    Before taking this survey, please review the Public Engagement Framework, the City’s official policy governing public engagement, and Get Involved Kingston, the City’s online platform to share, participate and engage.

    This survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete and your input will be used to help shape the future of public engagement for the City.
