Update: Tree relocation from Frontenac Street Parkette

Slight change of plans, but it means more trees all around! The three trees that were to be relocated to Victoria Park from the Frontenac Street Parkette were instead planted at Grass Creek Park. Three more trees of the same species were planted at Victoria Park.
