Grenadier Court Improvements

   Starting May 28 the courts will be closed to the public to allow for final court surfacing. The reopening date will be posted here once it is confirmed.

The City of Kingston is making improvements to the courts at Grenadier Park! 

We’re replacing the tennis courts at Grenadier Park!

The newly developed courts will include:

  • Two dedicated tennis courts
  • Five dedicated pickleball courts
  • One recreational basketball court

The new facility will include new fencing, acrylic surfacing, access pathways, seating and court lighting.

Park location: Grenadier Park is located at 41 Grenadier Dr., behind the Kingston East Community Centre.

    The City of Kingston is making improvements to the courts at Grenadier Park! We’re replacing the tennis and basketball courts and adding five dedicated pickleball courts.


    The proposed layout for the new tennis and pickleball courts are overlaid on top of a recent aerial photograph of existing courts at Grenadier Park. In the proposal, 2 new tennis courts are to be located on the east side, 4 new pickleball courts will be west of the tennis courts and the basketball court will occupy the southwest corner of the courts.
