The Housing & Homelessness Advisory Committee is mandated to provide City Council advice regarding housing and homelessness-related policies, directives, and strategies as well as to support the implementation of the 10-Year Housing and Homelessness Plan for the City of Kingston and County of Frontenac.

A working group was established to review the Committee’s terms of reference and update processes. The group has arrived at a draft Terms of Reference and would like your input!
