Project update - July 6, 2026

The contractor has completed removal of the existing pavement from Sir John A MacDonald Blvd. to Cliff Cres. (west), and we are progressing with storm system upgrades between Roden St. and Van Order Dr.

The general construction schedule is expected to proceed as follows:

  • July 6-17
    • Full road closures from Roden St. to Van Order Dr. for installation of catch basins and storm sewer.
    • Half closures from Cliff St. (west) to Byron Cres. for road reconstruction.
  • July 20-31
    • Full road closures from Sir John A MacDonald Blvd. to Roden St. for curb installation and paving.
  • August 2026
    • Road reconstruction from Roden St. to Byron Cres. (north)
  • September 2026
    • Road reconstruction from Byron Cres. (north) to Van Order Dr.

Please note that all dates are subject to change based on weather conditions and construction progress.
