Tell us how COVID-19 has impacted your spending habits

The City is working in partnership with the Queen’s University’s School of Graduate Studies PhD-Community Initiative to conduct a survey on community and consumer confidence.

The intent is to assess the economic changes Kingston residents have faced due to COVID-19 and data will be used to inform decision-making by community partners to better improve economic stability for Kingston residents. The survey asks about changes in economic behaviours that residents may have experienced due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

    You are invited to participate in a study called “Community and Consumer Confidence Survey” being conducted by a team of researchers as a part of Queen’s University’s School of Graduate Studies PhD-Community Initiative in partnership with the City of Kingston to assess economic changes Kingstonians have faced due to COVID-19. We will use the data from this study to inform decision-making by the City to better improve economic stability for Kingston residents. Your participation involves a brief (no more than 15 minute) survey about changes in economic behaviours you have experienced due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

    Participants can be entered in a draw to win one of 5 prizes of $30 downtown dollars.

    Survey closes on Feb. 23. at 4:30 p.m.
