Construction update

The Riverside Central Park Bridge Replacement has been delayed until fall 2026 due to permitting delays.

The existing bridge will be left in place and will continue to be monitored and maintained to ensure users’ safety.

The new bridge will consist of a set of culverts on the creek bed and the building up of the pathway over the culverts. We will also be paving the pathway from Faircrest Boulevard to the play structure at that time.
