Old Angel but is always helping

My dad is 70 years old and is always helping out his neighbours. There could be a light snow or a heavy snowfall and he is the first person to get up before the sun to start his slow blower and begin snow blowing and shovelling everyone’s driveways, front steps and sidewalks. Not only does he shovel snow, he also picks up recycling bins and garbage cans too and brings them to their front steps or garage door. If he is feeling under the weather he still gets up to help people out. I have to also give a shout out to my mother (age 69) who also does her part by being kind to her neighbours by shovelling walkways with my dad and offering breakfast sandwiches occasionally. They never ask for anything or expect to be given anything. I think my dad actually gets up extra early just to keep himself anonymous. Both my mom and dad just like to help out.
