Project update: July 2026

This spring and summer, we worked with Utilities Kingston to upgrade traffic signal technology and detection equipment at 50 intersections across the city. As a result of these upgrades, the equipment can better detect vehicle and bicycle traffic — improving traffic flow and safety for everyone on the road.
