Full depth asphalt repair on Sutherland Drive from Conacher Drive to Conacher Drive.
Concrete curb repair and structure adjustments.

Construction impacts
Construction is expected to begin Fall 2026. Base level asphalt and curb repair is expected to be complete in Fall 2026, followed by a planned winter shutdown. The contractor will return in Spring 2027 to complete surface paving and pavement markings.
Access: Due to the excavation required to reconstruct the road, sections of Sutherland Drive will be closed during construction. Emergency services and local traffic will have access during road closure operations; however, through-traffic will be restricted. The road will remain open overnight and on weekends. The road will remain open during the winter shutdown.
Parking: On-street parking may be reduced or not available during portions of construction.
