MyKingston is the City of Kingston resident portal where you can:

Submit service requests, questions, or feedback
View information related to your property, such as taxes or garbage pick up date
Report an issue
The goal of this survey is to better understand your needs and experiences with MyKingston. You'll also have the opportunity to sign up to volunteer for user testing. Your input be used to provide insights into how we can enhance the portal and will be considered as we make our online platforms more effective and user-friendly for everyone.
In appreciation of your time, after you complete the survey you will be entered into a draw to win a $100 pre-paid Visa gift card from the City of Kingston.
