MyKingston User Experience

Help us make MyKingston better!

MyKingston is our resident portal where we provide easy access to most online services, including options to apply for programs and permits, pay parking tickets, submit service requests, ask questions or provide feedback on municipal services. We want to improve how we deliver online services to the community by receiving your feedback on your experience using MyKingston and inviting you to share your ideas to improve this online service.

How can you participate?

  • Take our survey to tell us about your experience using MyKingston. To receive a paper or emailed copy of the survey, please email GetInvolvedKingston@CityOfKingston.ca. In appreciation of your time, everyone who completes the survey will be entered in a draw to win a $100 pre-paid Visa gift card. Survey closes Oct. 25 at 4 p.m.
  • Share ideas for new services to be added to MyKingston.
  • When you're completing the survey, sign up to volunteer as a user experience tester for future improvements. Check out our Frequently Asked Questions to learn more about the user experience survey and future user experience testing process.

  • MyKingston is the City of Kingston resident portal where you can: 

    • Apply for programs and permits 
    • Register for programs and services 
    • Submit service requests, questions, or feedback 
    • View information related to your property, such as taxes or garbage pick up date 
    • Report an issue 

    The goal of this survey is to better understand your needs and experiences with MyKingston. You'll also have the opportunity to sign up to volunteer for user testing. Your input be used to provide insights into how we can enhance the portal and will be considered as we make our online platforms more effective and user-friendly for everyone.

    To answer the survey, you'll need an account on our Get Involved Kingston site. This account is separate from MyKingston. If you haven't already created one, you'll need to sign up.
