The City needs your help shaping the 2022 municipal budgets. Your input will inform the development of the 2022 and future budgets by validating the City’s spending priorities, shaping service levels, and influencing the allocation of financial resources.
The survey will take 10-15 minutes to complete.

If for any reason you would like to answer the survey by phone or in writing, connect with us.
- Request a paper copy of the survey by calling 613-546-0000. We will provide a postage-paid envelope to return the survey to City Hall.

- The City of Kingston hosted its first of four Virtual Budget Sessions on Monday, July 5 from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. During this hour-long session, Desiree Kennedy, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, connected with Lacricia Turner, Director of Recreation & Leisure Services.
- The City of Kingston hosted its second of four Virtual Budget Sessions on Monday, July 12 from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. During this hour-long session, Desiree Kennedy, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, connected with Katrina Furlanetto, General Manager of the Cataraqui Conservation.
- The City of Kingston hosted its third of four Virtual Budget Sessions on Monday, July 19 from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. During this hour-long session, Desiree Kennedy, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, connected with Anjte McNeely, Chief of Police at Kingston Police.
