Public survey

The City of Kingston invites you to share your thoughts to support the development of a 10-Year Housing and Homelessness Plan for Kingston and Frontenac. Your responses to this short survey will help shape priorities and actions to address housing and homelessness needs in our community over the next decade. 

All survey responses will be kept anonymous and will be reported in the aggregate. No individual responses will be identified or attributed in any reporting. 

The survey will remain open until Sunday, May 31 at 11:59 p.m.  

Thank you for taking the time to participate to ensure our housing and homelessness system reflects local community needs.

Alternative methods to complete this survey:

• Complete a copy by phone by calling 613-546-0000
• Pick up and complete a paper copy at Housing & Social Services (362 Montreal Street) or a local shelter provider
• Print a paper copy then drop it off at any City recreation facility
