Animal Bylaw Review Survey
The City is required to regularly review the Animal By-law to ensure that it is effectively meeting the needs of all residents. Additionally, the City intends to add/change provisions in the bylaw to:
- encourage responsible pet ownership and
- provide Municipal Law Enforcement Officers with the tools necessary to enforce these rules.
Responses collected through this survey will be used to help inform the City’s Licensing and Enforcement Division throughout the review process and as they prepare a draft bylaw for consideration by council. At this point, no draft has been prepared.
This survey consists of 22 questions and will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. It will ask a range of questions on pet ownership regulations.
Survey closes Nov. 30, 2020 at 4 p.m.
