Consultation has concluded
The Belle Park Master Plan was endorsed by Council on September 17, 2019. The plan outlines an implementation strategy to guide the redevelopment of Belle Park over the next 15 years. The management of the site as a former landfill, and maintenance initiatives are ongoing.
With the help of feedback and ideas from the public and key groups, the City is developing a master plan for Belle Park, 731 Montreal St. This 80-acre park is situated on a former landfill in the core of Kingston on the shores of the Cataraqui River. Get an update and offer input at upcoming sessions on the Belle Park Master Plan 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Nov. 28 and 29 at Molly Brant Elementary School, 30 Lyons St. Each session has a different focus to offer participants an opportunity to provide input that will help shape long term changes to the park at 731 Montreal St.
