Business Support Survey
The City is asking for feedback from new, existing or former business owners, operators and managers in Kingston to better understand how to identify what isn't working and enhance services to best support Kingston's businesses. If you've ever had or may in the future have an interaction with City services from a business perspective, then this survey is for you! We are looking for both your good and bad experiences!
Information collected as part of this survey will help the City identify strategies to:
- Enhance support to small businesses navigating City services; and
- Review city programs, services, policies and procedures from a business perspective to identify bottlenecks and potential redundancies with an aim to improve these services as required, (for example speeding up service times etc.)
This survey will take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. It will ask a range of questions on your experience as a business owner/operating accessing City programs and services.
