Transition Experience Survey

This survey is intended for Kingston residents who have transitioned to automated cart-based waste collection.

If your household has transitioned, we’d love to hear about your experience with the automated cart collection system for garbage and organics in your area. This short survey is an opportunity for you to share what is working well, what could be improved, and how the service is working for your household. 

Survey closes on July 10, 2026, at 4 p.m.
