As part of the 2018-2022 Multi-Year Accessibility Plan, Kingston Transit is seeking feedback from riders and residents about the accessibility of transit services. Providing accessible services and removing barriers for persons with disabilities is a priority for Kingston Transit. Please take a few moments to review the items below that have been identified in the Accessibility Plan as commitments for Kingston Transit.

Kingston Transit commits to:

  • Implement service recommendations identified in the Kingston Transit 2017 – 2021 Business Plan to improve convenience, frequency and reliability.
  • Construct bus stops in accordance with the City’s bus stop design guidelines.
  • Implement any requirements arising from the 2016 Review of the Accessibility Transportation Standards.
