Parks and Recreation Master Plan update – Recommendations

This survey asks for your feedback on the recommendations in the Parks and Recreation Master Plan update. Before beginning the survey, we recommend you read the Needs Assessment Report and Master Plan Update. You may want to keep these two documents open and refer to them as you complete the survey. 

This survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. With the exception of asking for your postal code at beginning of the survey, all questions are optional. Your feedback may be considered in further refinements to the plan update. 

Everyone who completes the survey will have the option to be entered into a draw for a FitBit and 6-month recreation facility membership.
