The City of Kingston is evaluating the Public Engagement Framework and implementation plan. To help us with the evaluation, we need your feedback!

We want to learn more about your experiences and thoughts about the City's public engagement efforts. Your feedback will be considered during the framework's evaluation. The survey will take about 9 minutes to complete. In appreciation of your participation, all survey participants will have the opportunity to have their names entered into a draw for a City of Kingston prize package, including a $100 pre-paid Visa gift card.

All individual responses will be kept confidential and treated in accordance with the City of Kingston Privacy Policy. We will use the information you provide to understand your experiences and perceptions about City of Kingston public engagement efforts. The information will not be used for any other purpose. By completing the survey, you will also receive updates on the project by email.

Notice of Collection: Personal information, as defined by the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA), including (but not limited to), names, addresses, contact information, and comments, is collected under the authority of the Municipal Act, 2001, and in accordance with MFIPPA and all other relevant privacy legislation. Personal information will be used by City staff to collect feedback on the Public Engagement Framework.
