The City of Kingston is undergoing a Transit Service Review and needs your input! This study is meant to better understand existing travel patterns and the user satisfaction with the existing conventional transit and specialized transit (Kingston Access Bus). The findings of this study will be used to provide direction on future transit expansion and service in Kingston.

We want to hear from you!  Please take a moment to fill out the survey. Whether you use transit, drive a vehicle, or walk, we want to hear from you!  Your responses will help us understand travel patterns and the potential to invest in transit to address some of the needs. 

• Estimated time to complete survey is 20 minutes depending on the length of answers. 
• Survey closes Oct. 26 at 11:55 p.m.

All information received will be compiled and considered by staff for use under the purposes of this site. The City will give written notice in accordance with the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act to affected persons before granting a request for access to a record created through this survey if it includes personal information that the City has reason to believe might constitute an unjustified invasion of personal privacy.
